HOPE

Program Overview

HOPE – Nurturing Mission & Spiritual Well-Being

HOPE programs support the mission and spiritual well-being of older adults, helping them find meaning, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Through compassionate support, inspiration, and faith-rooted practices offered in an inclusive and respectful way, seniors feel seen, valued, and encouraged in every season of life.

Our HOPE programs include:

  • Motivational guest speakers and licensed care professionals offering workshops on mental health and topics impacting seniors’ emotional well-being
  • Non-denominational prayer and music that provide comfort, reflection, and encouragement
  • Referrals to mental health providers or case managers to ensure seniors receive appropriate care and support
  • Caregiver support programs that offer guidance, connection, and encouragement for those caring for loved ones
  • Intergenerational service opportunities, such as the Door Decoration Program, where seniors and families come together during the holidays to bring joy, hope, and encouragement to hospitalized patients
