HEART

Program Overview

Building Connection & Community

HEART programs address social isolation by creating opportunities for older adults to form meaningful relationships and experience a true sense of belonging.

Through shared experiences, peer connection, and opportunities to give back, seniors build community, strengthen emotional well-being, and rediscover joy.

Our HEART programs include:

  • Widow’s Coffee Time, where seniors find comfort, connection, and community
  • Morning Coffee at Independent Living Facilities, fostering routine, friendship, and conversation
  • Community outings and cultural gatherings designed to foster connection, belonging, and shared experiences
  • Volunteer opportunities that allow seniors to give back and stay engaged
